1.1 Unused Items: Unused candles and wax products may be returned within 45 days of the original purchase date for a full refund to the original form of payment.
1.2 Used Items: Used candles may be returned within 45 days of the original purchase date for store credit equal to the purchase price.
2. Return Process

2.2 Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.
2.3 Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
2.4 Packaging: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.
3. Refunds and Store Credit
3.1 Unused Items: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is unused and in its original condition. Once approved, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
3.2 Used Items: Store credit for used candles will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. The store credit will be equal to the purchase price of the item.
4. Exclusions
4.1 Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
4.2 Final Sale Items: Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
5.1 Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
